Your team responsibilities

The team consists of highly motivated, innovative, customer focused engineers and engineering leaders. We are optimizing our engineering for cloud, with a faster cadence of releases to deliver innovation at an exciting pace.

Our team works in an agile start-up like environment where we expect each team member to think out of the box to contribute and collaborate towards the mission of the team in a feature-crew setting. • Act as a point of contact / technical expert for IAM.
• Participate in project’s evaluation of new technologies, migrations, product pilots and more.
• Implement guidelines of best practices, governance models for other teams to follow.
• Identify areas for automation and innovation in technology, process and operations.
• Identify opportunities for optimizing system performance through changes in configuration.
• Readiness to work on-call rotational basis.

Your key responsibilities

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

• 7-9 years of experience in software development field
• A full stack engineer with 5 years of solid experience in any of the following: Golang, Python / Java.
• 2-3 years of experience building applications in the cloud and/or with containers.
• Understands and implements best practices for the non-functional aspect of software (automated testing, observability, scaling, security, patching, etc.)
• Experience working and communicating cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teammates.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience building highly reliable and highly available enterprise-wide services
• Experience building and designing applications on the Azure platform
• Experience in identity and access management (OAuth2/OIDC, SAML2, entitlements) would be nice to have
• Perpetual learner, able to see the ‘forest’ and the ‘trees’
